We do not tolerate no-shows
A reliable staff member cancels properly. If they don't, there are consequences. This way you're never left with an unpleasant surprise.
Always call to cancel
Staff are required to cancel by phone. A text message or chat is not sufficient.
€50 fine for improper cancellation
Anyone who doesn't follow the protocol is fined €50. Immediate, consistent and fair.
2× improper = non-active
After two improper cancellations a staff member is suspended. No second chance for carelessness.
You're never caught off guard
