You earn points automatically for every worked shift. In addition, there are micro-achievements (like arriving on time, receiving high ratings) and specific challenges that provide extra points.
No, your points remain valid as long as you are active at EXTRA. If you don't work for more than 6 months, your balance may be reset, but we will always inform you in advance.
In the EXTRA app, you'll find the 'Rewards' tab. Here you can see all available gadgets, vouchers and deals. If you have enough points, you can claim the reward with one click.
