How does daily pay work exactly?
After every shift we process your hours. The next morning your pay is in your account. That includes weekends and public holidays. No waiting, no monthly pay runs.
What does the introduction meeting look like?
The meeting takes about 30 to 45 minutes at our office. We talk about your experience, preferences, availability and personality. It's informal, but professional. We really want to know who you are.
Do I need experience in logistics?
Not necessarily. For many roles, such as order picking and packing, the right attitude and motivation matter just as much as experience. For forklift and reach truck work you do need a valid certificate.
How flexible can I be?
Completely flexible. You set your availability and choose which shifts you take. There's no minimum number of hours, although we recommend staying active for the best matches.
What are the opportunities to progress?
Through EXTRA you can grow from one-off shifts to a permanent assignment with a client. Employees with high scores and strong reviews are approached first for exclusive projects and permanent roles.
