How exactly does daily pay work?
After every shift you work, we process your hours. The next morning your wages are in your account. This also applies at weekends and on public holidays. No waiting, no monthly pay runs.
What is the introduction meeting like?
The meeting takes about 30 to 45 minutes at our office. We discuss your experience, preferences, availability and personality. It's informal, but professional. We really want to know who you are.
Do I need event experience?
Not necessarily. We work with staff of all levels. What we look for is the right attitude, a professional appearance and motivation. Experience helps, but your drive matters just as much.
How flexibly can I work?
Completely flexibly. You set your availability and choose which shifts you want to take. There's no minimum number of hours, although we recommend staying active for the best matches.
What are the opportunities to progress?
With EXTRA you can grow from one-off shifts to a regular assignment with a client. Employees with high scores and strong reviews are approached first for exclusive projects and permanent roles.
