How does daily pay work at EXTRA?
After your shift, the client approves the hours you worked. Your wages are then processed automatically and paid into your account the next morning. You don't have to do a thing: no expense claims, no requests. In the app you follow your earnings per shift in real time, including evening and weekend supplements.
Good to know: daily pay is a choice, not an obligation. If you'd rather be paid weekly or every four weeks, that works just as well. Does daily pay cost me anything extra?
No. Daily pay is a service from EXTRA, not a paid option. You receive your full wages in line with the collective labour agreement (cao).
Do I still get holiday pay and a payslip?
Yes. Daily pay doesn't change your rights: you're on our payroll, you build up holiday pay, you're insured and you receive payslips as you should.
Can I choose weekly pay instead?
Of course. Daily pay is optional: you choose the pay frequency that suits you and can change it later.
Does daily pay apply to all shifts?
Yes, daily pay applies to all the work you do through EXTRA: hotels, restaurants, events and catering.
