Do you also supply complete teams?
Yes. For large productions we supply complete banqueting teams, including an experienced point of contact on the floor.
Can I scale up quickly if another group is added?
Yes. We scale with your diary. The earlier you put in the request, the better the chance we can send your regular pool.
Can I ask for the same banqueting staff again?
Yes. We build a favourites pool per hotel, for banqueting too. Staff you're happy with get priority on your schedule.
How is quality monitored?
After every shift we measure how an employee performed. Scores, compliments and complaints are logged, so we know who gets priority.
